Your Event Meeting Places
IMPORTANT NOTE: First, please refer to your ticket and booking information to check the correct meeting place for each event. Then scroll down to find details and directions from Penticton. Some meeting places also have a map available to print. It is a good idea to bring a note of the basic directions listed below, as well as a copy of the map. Also, some maps may show multiple meeting locations, so please be sure to follow the directions to the meeting place name indicated on your ticket.
1km Past Red Rooster Winery, Naramata - Go either east on Eckhardt Avenue across Government Street and uphill, or north on Front Street to the traffic circle and up Vancouver Hill. The roads have lots of side roads and curves. Because the street name changes at nearly every curve, follow the yellow center line on the road. After 5 or so kms the road curves left and becomes the Naramata Road. The first large buildings on the left are the Red Rooster Winery. Continue 1.1 kms and turn left onto Poplar Grove Road. Park in the lot on the left.

Covert Farms, Oliver – Located at Seacrest Road. The road is about 4 km north of Oliver, just west of River Road and the Okanagan River Bridge. Go up Seacrest Road to the top of the first winding hill and follow the signs to Covert Farms.
DRAO (Dominion Radio Astrophysical Observatory) - Watch for a blue sign on Highway 97, south of Kaleden. Turn west on to White Lake Road and drive 8 km. The Observatory is on the left. Click the following link for map: map_drao_and_greengate-01.pdf

En’owkin Centre, Penticton - Located on Green Mountain Road. From Penticton, turn west off Highway 97 at Green Mountain Road, as if you were going to Apex Mountain. Fairview Kiosk, Oliver - From Oliver, turn west on to 350 (Fairview) Avenue. Follow this road up on to the upper bench. The old fairview townsite and kiosk is on your left. Click the following link for map: map_fairview_kiosk-01.pdf
Foot of Chute Lake Road, Naramata
Grasslands Nursery, Summerland – Located at 3615 Gartrell Road, Summerland. Drive approximately 10 minutes north of Penticton on Highway 97. Turn left at the lights on to Johnson Street (in the 60 km zone of Trout Creek). Follow Johnson Street about 1.0 km; it changes to Gartrell Road as it turns to the right. Continue about 0.5 km further; Grasslands Nursery is on your left.

Lakeside Resort, Penticton – Located at 21 Lakeshore Drive West.
Mountain Springs Nature Retreat, Kaleden, Marron Valley - From Penticton, go south on Highway 97. Turn west on to Highway 3A junction at Kaleden. Go approximately 5-6 km. At the top of the long curvy hill is a sign for Mountain Springs Nature Retreat to the right. Please CLOSE THE GATE after entering, so as to keep the wild horses IN, so they will not get out onto the highway.

Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre, Osoyoos – Located on the east side of Osoyoos Lake. Follow Highway 3, 2 kilometers east of Osoyoos. Turn left at the Nk’Mip sign on 45th Street. Follow signs to Desert & Heritage Centre. Click the following link for map: map_NKMIP-01.pdf
Okanagan Falls IGA Market Parking Lot – Located at the South East corner of Highway 97 and Cedar Street.
Oliver Community Centre - From Highway 97 in Oliver, turn east on to 350 Avenue. The Community centre is the first right after the Okanagan River Bridge.
Oliver Visitors Centre - The Oliver Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Information Centre is located in the CPR building at 35824 - 93rd Street.

Penticton Marina - From the north end of downtown Penticton, follow Front Street East
across the Penticton Creek Bridge. From the roundabout, follow the road toward

White Lake Interpretive Kiosk
Wolf Creek Trail Rides, Oliver - From Oliver, follow the McKinney Road east for
approximately 4 km. Then follow the road across the long, straight stretch of
sagebrush plains. There is an abrupt hill at the end of the straight stretch. Turn
